Day of the Wedding - Schedule of What the Bride Can Expect
A healthy energy giving breakfast and lunch
Check weather
Take time out to relax before getting into it
If using a suite, head there
Maid of honor to arrive
Bridesmaids arrive
Confirm all last minute services, such as limos, etc. Delegate calling to your helpers
Make up and hair stylists to arrive
Other family members, mother, sisters etc. start arriving
Bridesmaids attend to your gown and attire
Bouquets, flowers arrive before photos are taken
Photographer to arrive. Will take photos of bridesmaids getting ready and having fun
Put your wedding dress on, and generally be fussed over. Generally 1 - 2 hrs before the ceremony
Your father, or other escort, arrives to escort you, your mother and maid of honor
Groom's mother, bridesmaids and sisters leave for ceremony
Depending on your photographer allow up to 1hr for photos before the ceremony
Keep your brides emergency kit on hand
Ceremony
Music begins approx.' 30 min. before ceremony
Ushers begin seating your guests 30 min. before ceremony
Ushers stop seating guests 5 min. before processional begins
Close guest book 5 min. before the processional begins
Ushers to seat late comers in isle seats rather than center seats to avoid distractions
Officiant will take their place
Groom and best man take their place
Groomsmen may roll out aisle runner
Processional Guidelines
Processional music begins
Wedding party attendants take their places
Attendants proceed down the aisle
Your Mother and Father take their positions on either side of you
You along with your Mother and Father head down the aisle

Depending on your photographer allow 1-3 hrs for photos after the wedding before and before the reception begins.

Cocktail hour for guests before you arrive
Arrive at the reception
Toasts and speeches by best man & others
Reception dinner
Cutting of the cake
Bridal first dance followed by dancing
Bride and Groom may change attire before leaving
