Tabbouli Fresh, finely, chopped parsley, tomatoes, scallions, crushed wheat, topped with olive oil. Hummus Cooked and minced chickpeas minced with sesame seed paste (tahina) with lemon juice and dressed with olive oil.
Entrees
Fried Kibbi Pockets Extra lean beef ground and mixed with birghol (cracked wheat), molded into bite size pockets and stuffed with a mix of ground beef, snawbar and the Awtar secret spice.
Main Course From the grill, 2 skewers one of each Kafta, and Chicken. Served with seasoned rice.
Dessert Baklava
